Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, subject to the following points. To exercise this right, the customer must send Sialor S.r.l. notice of withdrawal within 14 business days of receipt of the goods.

Such notice shall be sent by e-mail to info@sialormilano.it (provided it is confirmed within 48 hours by registered mail with return receipt) and registered letter with return receipt addressed to:

Sialor S.r.l. Via Lodovico Mancini, 5 20129 – Milan (MI)

The following information should be included in the communication:

• Client’s First and Last Name;
• Client address;
• Order number and date of purchase;
• Item description, quantity, reason for return and amount paid.

Upon receipt of the communication, Sialor Milano will notify the customer by email how to ship the products.

Please note that shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer as provided in Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code. Once the withdrawal request has been accepted and the goods have been received, Sialor Milano will refund the full amount paid by the customer, less shipping costs, within 14 days from the date the customer exercised the right of withdrawal. Finally, please consider that the consumer customer under the Consumer Code cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if it is found:

• The opening of the product, which then compromised its integrity;
• The absence of items that are part of the product(e.g., pouch, cap, dispenser, etc.);
• Damage to the product;
• Goods returned beyond 14 days which is the maximum return period.

The consumer customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal even in the case of purchase of Digital Gift Cards (or Gift Vouchers), consequently the amount spent on the purchase of this type of product will not be refunded.
